The Role

Our client is seeking an OB Director (RN) to lead the Labor and Delivery / Obstetrics service line, reporting on-site in Hancock, MI. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position with one current opening. The role requires in-person presence at the facility; remote work is not available. Requirements

Must-Have

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active Michigan RN license
• Labor and Delivery experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 4+ years Labor and Delivery experience (preferred)
• 2+ years leadership experience in healthcare (preferred)
